Send a notification

Send a POST to https://api.pocketbell.dev/v1/messages with the Source’s API key as a bearer token. Only message is required.

Formatting

Section titled “Formatting”

Add "markdown": true and the app shows bold, italic, code, links, and lists of lines starting with - or *. The notification on the lock screen shows the same text without the formatting.

Without it, text arrives exactly as sent, so snake_case_names and cron lines like */5 * * * * are left alone.
